Lead Intake Specialist Driving Growth for the Region's Foundation Repair Leader

Job Overview:

  • Company: Childers Brothers Inc.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Onsite (Amarillo, TX)

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Foundation Repair.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will serve as the first point of contact and the essential link between our customers and our specialized repair solutions. This role allows you to directly impact company growth by managing the lead lifecycle and ensuring every homeowner receives a warm, professional introduction to our 50-year legacy.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Convert incoming web leads and inquiries into qualified appointments to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Manage comprehensive lead intake through the CRM system to ensure no customer opportunity is overlooked.

  • Facilitate appointment confirmations and speak with customers regarding details of their upcoming projects.

  • Process completed job folders, contracts, and payments with high attention to detail to ensure operational flow.

  • Execute essential administrative duties and provide professional support to the leadership team.

  • Represent the Childers Brothers brand as a warm and professional voice for all inbound communications.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or high-volume appointment setting role.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and experience navigating CRM-based software.

  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to remain professional and warm over the phone.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in the construction or foundation repair industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and complex scheduling logistics.

  • Advanced technical aptitude with digital document processing and contract management.
