Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as the primary authority on-site, translating complex project plans into high-quality physical structures. This role empowers you to lead diverse trade teams while maintaining the integrity and partnership Breeding Contracting LLC is known for. You will drive the daily momentum of significant builds, ensuring every square foot meets elite safety and quality standards.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Directed all daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to maintain peak productivity.
• Executed project schedules by precisely sequencing trades and identifying potential conflicts before they impact the timeline.
• Enforced strict OSHA and company safety protocols through daily checks and weekly toolbox talks to ensure a zero-incident environment.
• Inspected work in progress against approved plans, specifications, and shop drawings to guarantee architectural accuracy.
• Maintained detailed daily logs, photographic documentation, and field reports to provide total project transparency to stakeholders.
• Coordinated with jurisdictional inspectors to secure timely approvals and ensure the site is always inspection-ready.
• Managed the final punch-list completion and site demobilization to deliver a seamless turnover to the client.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a Superintendent leadership role.
• Proven ability to interpret detailed architectural plans, specifications, and technical shop drawings.
• Expert-level knowledge of construction means, methods, trade sequencing, and site logistics.
• Strong field leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve on-site conflicts and manage large crews.
• Absolute commitment to maintaining professional jobsite conduct and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Associates Degree in Construction Management or a related technical field.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency using construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
• Experience specifically within high-end residential or light-commercial construction sectors.
