MANAGER - CARDIAC REHAB at Saint Bernards Medical Center – JONESBORO, Arkansas

The Manager Cardiopulmonary Rehab is a professional directly responsible for the delivery of patient/family education and therapeutic exercise of patients serviced by the Cardiac /Rehab Services department. The Assistant Director-Cardiopulmonary Rehab must serve as a role model in clinical skills and leadership and demonstrates teaching skills necessary for educating patients and their families. Communicates effectively within the organization; projects a positive professional attitude to patients, staff, visitors, and students; performs appropriately and decisively in a crisis situation. Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgement.
