POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Inadev is seeking a proven Director of Marketing to drive strategic marketing initiatives that expand brand presence and accelerate growth across Federal, State, Local, and commercial markets. This role leads integrated campaigns, thought leadership, events, and sales enablement efforts while collaborating with sales and leadership. The Director will also build and lead a high-performing marketing team that delivers measurable business results.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that align with business growth priorities and expand market presence among Federal, State, Local government, and commercial customers.
- Drive brand awareness, demand generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, events, and digital initiatives.
- Lead and oversee social media strategy and execution across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to amplify brand awareness, thought leadership, campaign reach, and audience engagement in support of overall growth and demand generation objectives.
- Act as a senior marketing spokesperson, representing Inadev in industry forums, customer events, conferences, and strategic stakeholder engagements.
- Build and sustain strong market relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and commercial customers, ensuring Inadev remains plugged into evolving mission needs and procurement trends.
- Oversee development of differentiated messaging, positioning, and value propositions that clearly articulate Inadev’s solutions to technical and executive audiences.
- Drive sales and event enablement by supporting pipeline acceleration through targeted campaigns, customer engagements, proposals, and high-impact industry events.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support pipeline acceleration, customer demos, proposals, and go-to-market activations.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team and external vendors, ensuring excellence in execution and measurable impact on business outcomes.

Requirements:MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Must have at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a strong track record of strategic marketing, brand growth, and integrated campaign execution.
- Must have hands-on experience and proven success in building and leading marketing functions that support technology services companies, SaaS, or mission-driven solutions.
- Must have experience with Federal, State, Local government markets and an understanding of public sector procurement, customer needs, and relationship dynamics.
- Must possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership.
- Must have excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite and external partners.
- Must have hands-on experience and proven success in marketing leadership roles within technology, professional services, or government-aligned organizations.
- Must have hands-on experience and demonstrated excellence in demand generation, digital strategy, content marketing, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Must have proven ability to develop and manage data-driven marketing programs that support customer acquisition and retention.
