About This Position

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven UA Lead to take the helm of our user acquisition efforts. As a key member of the Rewarded team, you will be responsible for scaling our appโ€™s global footprint while maintaining a laser focus on profitability. Youโ€™ll join a dynamic, international team passionate about performance marketing and cutting-edge mobile growth strategies!

Your Mission: As the UA Lead, you will own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy. Your core objective is to find the perfect balance between aggressive scale and sustainable profitability. You will navigate the complexities of the modern mobile ecosystem to ensure our app reaches the right users at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Ownership: Design and execute a global UA strategy across major channels (Meta, Google AC, Apple Search Ads, and SDK networks).
  • Growth & Profitability: Manage large-scale budgets to hit aggressive user growth targets while maintaining ROAS and LTV goals.
  • Creative Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
  • Data Mastery: Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, using data-driven insights to pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, including privacy changes (ATT/SKAN) and emerging UA channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with BI and Product teams to align UA efforts with product roadmaps and backend data.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Mobile User Acquisition (ideally in Gaming or high-growth apps).
  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including MMPs (Appsflyer/Adjust,Singular) and attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets with a focus on ROI/ROAS.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a major plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Exceptional English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Has scaled rewarded or gaming apps
  • Understands retention cohorts, LTV modeling, creative iteration loops
  • Can work with engineers on tracking sanity
