About This Position
The position plays an important role in the firm’s business development efforts and involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure responses are accurate, wellcrafted, and delivered on a timely basis.
- Support the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and related investor materials, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of CIM’s products, strategies, and platforms to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Draft, edit, and update qualitative responses using existing firm content, creating new language where appropriate with review and guidance.
- Utilize RFP and content management platforms (e.g., Qvidian or similar) to support efficient response preparation and content use.
- Leverage firm tools and technology to help streamline workflows, improve turnaround times, and enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with product, investment, and sales teams to gather inputs and respond to client requests.
- Partner with subjectmatter experts across ESG, compliance, legal, operations, and accounting teams to incorporate accurate and approved information.
- Review and proofread qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across questionnaires and databases.
- Work with quantitative and performance data in coordination with finance and analytics teams.
- Assist with the review and validation of externally maintained databases and consultantprovided information, including performance and AUM data.
- Maintain and update content within internal and thirdparty databases to ensure information remains current and reliable.
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting multiple strategies or projects as business needs evolve.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve templates, processes, and team workflows over time.
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, with a preference for coursework in economics, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to investor relations, RFPs, or related clientfacing materials.
- Experience supporting the marketing and/or RFP process, including drafting, reviewing, formatting, and proofreading responses to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent assignments, meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Analytical problemsolver with the ability to research issues and propose thoughtful solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with subjectmatter experts across multiple teams and articulate clear, wellstructured responses.
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy across both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Sound editorial judgment when reviewing and refining written materials.
- Collaborative, selfmotivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, teamoriented environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused while balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of the asset management industry, with an interest in continuing to build industry expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce and Qvidian or other RFP/content management software preferred.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. For this role, bonus compensation may be a significant part of the total compensation. The anticipated base salary range for the position is $90,000- $120,000.
