Command Investigations, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals with strong proofreading and computer skills who are eager to ensure accuracy, maintain reporting standards, and support the timely delivery of investigative reports in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, in-person 8 AM – 5 PM

What You will Do:

In this role, you will review investigative reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, formatting consistency, and compliance with company reporting standards and client-specific requirements. You will support the timely completion of cases by identifying discrepancies, coordinating corrections with report builders, and preparing finalized reports for delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Review surveillance and investigative reports for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and compliance with internal reporting standards.

• Ensure narratives follow company templates and maintain objective, professional language.

• Verify that photographs, timestamps, and supporting documentation accurately reflect surveillance activities.

• Confirm that reported billable hours align with investigative timelines and case activity.

• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with report builders or investigators.

• Ensure reports meet client-specific reporting instructions and documentation requirements.

• Prepare finalized reports for delivery by verifying attachments, photographs, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate report delivery through appropriate channels, including email, secure links, or client portals.

• Assist with invoice verification and documentation review prior to case closure.

• Monitor report workflow status and escalate cases that are approaching service deadlines or require additional attention.

• Provide administrative support related to report quality assurance and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative, quality assurance, proofreading, and/or report review experience preferred.
• Familiarity with investigative or surveillance reporting processes preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.
• Must be able to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to work the required schedule.
• Complete a Command Investigations, LLC employment application and submit to pre-employment tasks as required for employment.

• Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The associate must be able to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and surrounding sounds, such as traffic, environmental noises, or standard office activity.
