This role offers the opportunity to shape the mobile experience of a cutting-edge financial platform, driving both user-facing applications and developer-facing SDKs. The Lead Mobile Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and refining iOS and Android applications that combine fintech-grade UX with bank-grade security. You will lead projects end-to-end, from initial ideation to launch and iteration, while mentoring team members and setting technical standards across the mobile codebase. This position is ideal for someone passionate about mobile technology, security, and creating intuitive financial workflows. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver features quickly without compromising quality. This remote-first role provides flexibility while contributing to high-impact, user-centric solutions in the fintech and blockchain space.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of iOS and Android applications.

• Own features throughout the full lifecycle, from conception and design to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Refine mobile SDKs and cross-platform frameworks to enable smooth integrations for developers.

• Integrate secure authentication mechanisms and ensure compliance with bank-grade security standards.

• Establish and maintain high standards for performance, architecture, and code quality across mobile applications.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-friendly features efficiently.

• Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile engineering with proven leadership in project delivery.

• Expert knowledge of React Native or native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, etc.).

• Skilled in cross-platform development and designing mobile SDKs.

• Hands-on experience with WebAuthn, passkeys, or other secure authentication methods.

• Demonstrated experience delivering mobile applications in fintech or blockchain/on-chain platforms.

• Strong UX sensibility, detail-oriented, reliable, and an excellent communicator.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first teams while managing complex technical challenges.
