This role is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for building and nurturing a high-quality sales pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify prospects, deliver value-driven outreach, and set the stage for closing deals. The position is fully remote, offering autonomy and the chance to make a direct impact on customer acquisition and business growth. You will leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while developing their career in SaaS sales.
Accountabilities:- Partner with Account Executives to qualify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on both cold and warm prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to consistently generate high-quality meetings.
- Research and identify top prospects, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Deliver a professional and compelling experience for prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Track, analyze, and refine outbound campaigns to optimize messaging and performance.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person events or conferences to network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting with a track record of generating meetings via LinkedIn outreach, emails, and cold calls.
- Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills, able to connect effectively with prospects across multiple channels.
- Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable navigating new tools and changing priorities.
- Resilient, results-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Growth mindset and eagerness to develop a career in sales within a dynamic technology startup.
Benefits:
- Base salary: $45,000 USD per year with uncapped commission; on-target earnings of $65,000 USD.
