This role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing complex projects within a cybersecurity-focused environment. The Senior Project Manager oversees multiple initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Acting as the key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, this position drives project execution, manages risks, and implements change management processes. The role involves creating detailed project plans, tracking metrics, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across all levels of the organization. Plan, execute, and monitor projects using established project management methodologies, including PMI best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, and success measures.
Develop and maintain project artifacts such as charters, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and change management plans.
Lead status review meetings and provide routine communication to management, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate technical and operational issue resolution and ensure adherence to change management processes.
Track project metrics, resource allocation, and budget, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while resolving conflicts and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
Strong skills in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, P6) and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and the ability to influence without direct authority.
