Team Lead at All Smiles Orthodontics – Palm Harbor, Florida

We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Lead to support daily operations and overall practice performance. This role partners closely with the doctors and team to ensure operational efficiency, financial accountability, and an exceptional patient experience.

The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring key business metrics, supporting team development, and helping drive steady growth of the practice. While not a traditional Office Manager role, this position carries leadership responsibility and plays an essential role in maintaining a high-performing, patient-centered practice.

- Support daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care
- Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and expenses
- Support financial processes including daily collections oversight and patient payment plan coordination
- Lead and support team members to maintain accountability and strong performance standards
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires
- Help foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and represent the practice at select community events
- Cross-train in key front office functions and provide coverage when needed, including limited Treatment Coordinator support (consult workflow assistance, patient education, financial discussions during absences or high-volume days)

Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
Primarily Monday–Friday business hours
Occasional evenings or weekends for community events
Salary range: $60,000–$65,000 based on experience

- 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and support goal achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental office compliance and workflow standards

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Orthodontic or dental office experience
- Experience with Cloud9 software
- Treatment Coordinator or Financial Coordinator experience
- Experience supporting revenue cycle processes
