Central Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA! We’re offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25/hr based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players committed to excellent client service and interested in the field. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and ready to kickstart their veterinary careers!

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable around cats and dogs
• Strive to provide each client with compassion and care
• Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred.
• ​​​​​​​Are available Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm. Shift times may vary.

Your primary responsibilities:

• General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc.
• Rooming patients and taking a brief history
• Client communication
• Managing phone lines
• Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
• Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
• Medical records management
