About This Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable Operations & Implementation Associate to join the PxT team. You’ll be the operational backbone of live partner launches — executing event builds, managing inventory and pricing, supporting partner-facing reporting, and being a reliable presence on-site when it counts.
Your work will directly shape how we deliver for London partners like Secret Cinema and The Mousetrap, NYC partners like Little Island, and others in our growing portfolio. You’ll also contribute to the SOPs, training materials, and implementation frameworks that define how PxT scales.
Please note: this is a full time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. Some evenings and weekend work, especially around event launches, will be required.
The salary range for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per year.
- Event builds in our ticketing systems are accurate, on time, and require minimal rework.
- Partners receive timely, reliable reporting and feel supported through launch and beyond.
- Inventory and pricing are managed proactively, with issues flagged and escalated before they become problems.
- On-site event support is smooth, professional, and reflects well on PxT as a platform.
- SOPs and documentation are maintained to a standard that means anyone on the team can pick up where you left off.
- Execute assigned event builds in the TodayTix ticketing platform — accurate pricing, inventory, allocations, and availability across all channels.
- Manage daily inventory adjustments and implement pricing strategies as directed, flagging issues to senior team members proactively.
- Support partner operational queries and ad-hoc reporting, escalating where needed.
- Provide on-site support at event launches, including box office operations, ticket scanning, and training venue and FOH staff.
Contribute to ticketing SOPs, operational runbooks, and partner-facing training materials.
- 1–2 years of experience in ticketing operations, box office management, or live event operations — you understand the ticketing lifecycle end to end.
- Hands-on familiarity with a ticketing platform; experience with Spektrix, AudienceView, Lineup, or similar is valued.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail — you catch things others miss and don't let them slip.
- Comfort working across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can translate operational detail into clear partner-facing language.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with data and a willingness to get into the numbers.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, particularly around event launches.
- Genuine interest in live entertainment, performing arts, or cultural programming — this work is more fun when you care about what's on stage.
- Experience working within a SaaS or product-led organization, or comfort navigating product development timelines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Experience supporting partner or client onboarding in an operational or implementation capacity.
- Exposure to the US and/or UK live events markets.
