Warehouse Manager at RhinoLift Foundations LLC – Cornelius, North Carolina

About the Role

We are a growing foundation repair company looking for a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure our crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need to succeed in the field.

This position plays a critical role in keeping projects running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, preparing job materials in advance, supporting field teams, and ensuring company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of all materials, tools, and equipment.
• Track usage and ensure materials are restocked before shortages occur.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse storage for easy access and efficient workflow.

Purchasing & Vendor Management

• Order materials, tools, and supplies needed for upcoming projects.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Continuously monitor pricing to ensure the company is receiving the best value on materials and equipment.
• Research and source new vendors when cost or quality improvements are available.

Job Preparation

• Prepare and stage pallets of materials for upcoming jobs based on project requirements.
• Ensure all required materials are ready prior to crew departure.
• Coordinate with the production team to understand upcoming project needs.

Field Crew Support

• Provide support to field crews by delivering or preparing additional materials or tools when needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment needs and assist with locating or replacing tools quickly to minimize downtime.

Warehouse Organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Establish and maintain systems for efficient storage and material tracking.
• Ensure tools and materials are stored properly and are easy to locate.

Equipment & Truck Readiness

• Ensure company trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools and equipment.
• Inspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Track missing or damaged tools and coordinate repairs or replacements.

Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Tracking

• Monitor vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Track oil changes, service intervals, and repairs for company vehicles.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep the fleet operational.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics experience.
• Experience in construction, foundation repair, home services, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and construction equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory tracking and purchasing.
• Valid driver’s license.
