Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete
Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records
Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details
Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
Provide support to travelers before and during their trips when needed
Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
