Altercare Zanesville is looking for an MDS Coordinator to join our exceptional leadership team! This position is day shift - 3 days a week. We are willing to train the appropriate candidate.

The MDS Nurse must be organized and able to work independently and work well with facility staff. Attention to detail a must. Flexible schedule - including the opportunity for a Full Time schedule
