As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with global leaders to drive operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and growth through data-driven analysis. You will design scalable, reproducible data assets, perform advanced quantitative analysis, and develop forecasting and commercial models that inform near-term operational and long-term strategic initiatives. Operating with autonomy, you will leverage AI tools to elevate analytical standards, while collaborating with a community of analysts to share knowledge, refine approaches, and ensure consistency across the enterprise. The position requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Collaborate with business leaders to translate data and operational needs into actionable analyses.
Conduct quantitative analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that improve performance.
Build and maintain scalable, reproducible data assets that serve as a single source of truth.
Support operational planning and forecasting through ROI, LTV, and other commercial modeling.
Collaborate across teams to integrate strategic research with quantitative insights.
Utilize AI and modern data tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and analytical impact.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst, delivering actionable business insights.
Expertise in SQL and experience with code-based or notebook environments for reproducible analysis.
Strong background in large-scale data manipulation, mining, and exploration.
Experience in building commercial and operational models, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with AI tools to optimize analysis and elevate data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within an analyst community and supporting mentorship initiatives.
Preferred: Experience in SaaS environments or enterprise-scale operations, and familiarity with go-to-market and operational strategy design.
