This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional with deep expertise in healthcare data and enterprise-level customer engagements. The Principal Analyst, Customer Insights will lead complex analytic initiatives, define strategy, and deliver insights that directly inform business decisions and performance outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, the role requires technical excellence, advanced methodological rigor, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will mentor and elevate analytic talent across the team, shape frameworks that scale across engagements, and influence product, operational, and strategic decisions. This position combines technical depth, executive presence, and autonomous decision-making in a dynamic and high-impact environment.
Define and lead analytic strategy across large-scale, high-visibility customer engagements.
Architect and maintain advanced analytic frameworks supporting medical economics, performance measurement, population health, and value-based care initiatives.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex methodological, data integrity, or analytic questions.
Translate contractual obligations and strategic objectives into actionable analytic roadmaps.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
Ensure technical excellence, establish quality standards, and implement governance practices for all analytic deliverables.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders and mentor analytic talent to elevate team capability.
Requirements:
8–10+ years of healthcare analytics experience, with strong payer or enterprise healthcare experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of medical economics, claims data analysis, quality performance measurement, and value-based care initiatives.
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience optimizing complex queries in large-scale data environments.
Demonstrated experience designing analytic methodologies, frameworks, and scalable solutions.
Proven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders and lead high-impact analytic initiatives.
Strong data storytelling, communication, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
Experience mentoring and developing senior analytic talent to elevate team capability.
Familiarity with AWS or large-scale cloud data platforms is a plus; experience in Python, R, or AI-enhanced analytics is preferred.
