You will own end-to-end automation solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and patient care, integrating bots with external systems and ensuring high reliability. The role emphasizes autonomy, technical problem-solving, and proactive communication, allowing you to design scalable, resilient automations while working remotely. You will collaborate with engineers and operations teams, troubleshoot complex failures, and continuously improve processes. As an RPA Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows while ensuring robust operational performance. Key responsibilities include:
Build, deploy, and maintain bots on a modern RPA platform with end-to-end ownership.
Develop reusable components and structured workflows designed to scale across processes.
Map current-state processes clearly and maintain updated documentation and SOPs.
Design bots with fault tolerance in mind, ensuring failures are visible, traceable, and easily debuggable.
Diagnose and resolve complex bot failures independently, validating fixes and ensuring stability.
Integrate automations with external systems using REST APIs and webhooks, handling errors and coordinating with engineering teams when needed.
Maintain runbooks, incident logs, and resolution summaries to support repeatable and consistent execution.
Continuously improve automation processes and enforce best practices in error handling, logging, and process documentation.
The ideal candidate combines strong RPA expertise with technical integration skills, process management, and attention to detail. Required qualifications include:
2+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automations on a modern RPA platform.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve bot failures independently from start to finish.
Strong process mapping and documentation skills, keeping workflows current and accurate.
Experience integrating automations with external systems via APIs and webhooks, including error and failure handling.
Clear and concise communication skills for reporting complex issues and updates.
High ownership mindset and accountability; proactive in closing loops without supervision.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in troubleshooting and triage.
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated operational environments.
Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms.
Exposure to AI-assisted or intelligent automation workflows.
Basic scripting knowledge (Python or similar).
Experience using monitoring or observability tools in production environments.
This role provides a fully remote working setup along with a competitive benefits package designed for professional growth and personal well-being:
Paid in USD, bi-monthly (15th and 30th).
Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually from Day 1.
Observance of company holidays.
100% remote work setup.
Direct ownership of production automations impacting real healthcare workflows.
Opportunity to work in a technical team solving meaningful operational challenges at scale.
Professional development support including training and learning resources.
Exposure to cutting-edge automation tools and AI workflows.
