Responsibilities:
- Accountable for tracking, tracing and expediting shipments.
- Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly.
- Respond to customer calls and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift up to 30lbs.
