This role is a high-impact marketing position responsible for driving strategic programs that accelerate pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue growth across Enterprise and Major segments in the AMER region. You will partner closely with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to analyze funnel performance, identify pipeline gaps, and design targeted initiatives that influence both net-new opportunities and mid-funnel acceleration. The position requires a data-driven, hands-on operator who can build programs from concept to execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Success in this role demands strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate insights into scalable, repeatable marketing frameworks. You will have the opportunity to shape regional go-to-market strategies and drive measurable impact on revenue outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Analyze AMER pipeline performance across Enterprise and Major segments to identify gaps in coverage, conversion, and velocity, and translate insights into targeted marketing programs.
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for priority accounts, engaging new buying groups and expanding influence within key segments.
Create mid-funnel programs to accelerate opportunity progression, including workshops, executive engagement, and targeted marketing activations.
Act as a central orchestrator for cross-functional GTM alignment, ensuring coordinated execution on account prioritization, campaign activation, and pipeline progression.
Launch and scale new marketing programs, measure outcomes, and translate learnings into repeatable playbooks for broader adoption.
Collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to drive alignment and ensure initiatives deliver measurable revenue impact.
Requirements:
6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation, field marketing, revenue marketing, or GTM program leadership.
Experience supporting Enterprise or strategic account sales teams in a high-growth SaaS or data-driven organization.
Proven ability to design and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting funnel performance, campaign metrics, and pipeline data to inform programs.
Ability to translate insights into actionable programs and scalable GTM frameworks.
Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Highly self-directed, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on program execution.
