This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to contribute to revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Working with a portfolio of small to mid-sized companies and emerging brands, you will play a key role in identifying prospects, building trust with decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. The position requires a consultative sales mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, leverage modern sales tools, and continuously identify new ways to strengthen accounts and grow the pipeline. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic selling, and achieving measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calls and targeted outreach to potential clients.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by promoting additional products or services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and online demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, including contract renewals and upsell opportunities when applicable.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic networking and relationship development.

  • Accurately track opportunities, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to sales performance and pipeline activity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide sales expertise to support cross-functional initiatives when needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience selling in competitive markets, with the ability to position solutions and negotiate contracts effectively.

  • Background in industries such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.

  • Experience working with CPG manufacturers or retailers is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and close deals with strong profit margins.

  • Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover customer needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.

  • Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to leverage internal resources to overcome obstacles during the sales process.

  • Strong written communication skills for business correspondence, proposals, and reports.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Conga, and the ability to quickly learn additional sales technologies.
