Center Support Specialist at Thrive Therapy of Kansas LLC – Lenexa, Kansas

The Therapy Center Flex Specialist is a multi-functional role designed to support

the daily operations of the Thrive Therapy Center while assisting patients in

accessing and participating in therapy services. This role combines patient

transportation, facility support, and direct therapeutic support services to ensure

a safe, welcoming, and efficient therapy environment.

The Therapy Center Flex Specialist provides scheduled transportation for patients

to and from the therapy center, assists with general upkeep and organization of

the center, and delivers approved therapy services including Transitional Living

Skills (TLS), Cognitive Therapy (CT), and Behavioral Therapy (BT) during available

time between operational duties.

This position plays an important role in ensuring patients have consistent access

to therapy and that the therapy center remains a supportive and functional

environment.

Supervision

Works under the Supervision of the Agency Administrator, Therapy Center

Director and the Therapy Center Manager

Education

High School diploma required

Experience

Experience working with individuals with disabilities or brain injury preferred

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
