Retail Coordinator at 406 Rx – Roundup, Montana

The Retail Coordinator oversees retail operations across all pharmacy locations, ensuring consistent product standards, smooth daily store workflows, and strong support for staff to maintain an efficient, customer-focused retail experience.

The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Oversee retail operations across all locations, ensuring product consistency, appropriate stock levels, and alignment with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts for each location and coordinate with staff to ensure uniform processes and accurate data entry.
• Communicate with store teams to ensure each location’s retail section aligns with customer needs and local demand.
• Monitor sales trends and identify low-performing or overstocked products; adjust ordering practices to minimize waste and expired items.
• Provide regular front-store and OTC counter coverage at the Roundup location as part of daily operations, including processing sales transactions, assisting and directing customers, answering phone calls, and supporting front-end workflow as needed.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve retail processes and customer experience.
• Serve as a resource for retail operations, ordering procedures, and product standards.
• Plan and prepare for holidays and special events, including themed product displays, seasonal merchandising, and coordinating inventory needs in advance.
• Coordinate sales promotions and special pricing, including identifying eligible products, creating signage, communicating changes to store staff, and ensuring pricing accuracy at the register.
• Coordinate and assist with front-store and over-the-counter organization and displays.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education/Licenses:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active State of Montana Pharmacy Technician license, preferred but not required

This role requires regular travel between 406 Rx pharmacy locations and other managed pharmacies to support retail operations, training, merchandising projects, and special events. Travel is expected approximately once per quarter per location, at minimum, with additional travel as directed by management. Mileage reimbursement and travel expenses will be provided in accordance with company policy.
