Customer Service Representative at WindshieldHUB – Cebu City, Central Visayas

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
- Experience with outbound calling is beneficial
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
