Responsibilities
- Modern Provisioning: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Autopilot and Intune to prepare client assets for production.
- Custom Configuration: Perform "white-glove" setups for clients with legacy requirements, including manual domain joins, specialized software installs, and peripheral testing.
- Hardware Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end flow of hardware including receiving, unboxing, asset tagging, provisioning, repacking, and shipping.
- Asset Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in the Asset Management database (CMDB). Ensure serial numbers, warranty dates, and client assignments are updated in real-time.
- Image Management: Where Autopilot isn’t applicable, assist in maintaining and updating master images using MDT, WDS, or third-party imaging tools.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final "Out of Box" audits to ensure all hardware (webcams, docks, monitors) is functional and all client-specific data is correctly migrated.
- Decommissioning: Manage the secure data destruction and e-waste process for retired client hardware.
- Onsite Service: Ability to travel to client locations to facilitate the deployment of hardware or other tasks. (Note: This is possible, but not common in this role.)
- Available to work outside of standard hours when necessary or as part of on call rotation if applicable
Qualifications

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
