Customer Service Representative - Industrial Parts

Full-Time | Lagrange, GA Office

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (no weekends!)

We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our dynamic, supportive, and experienced team fosters a fun and collaborative environment where every member is valued and empowered to succeed.

In this role, you'll manage daily customer communication via emails and calls-help source and place industrial part orders and provide outstanding service. Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions.

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of industrial parts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
