Malco Construction Inc is seeking a results-driven Commercial Superintendent to oversee on-site operations.

This is a leadership role for an experienced field manager (510 years) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are proficient with construction tech (Bluebeam/PlanGrid) and want to work for a stable general contractor that offers a $750/month truck allowance (transitioning to a Company Vehicle after 6 months), we want to hear from you.

You will serve as the on-site liaison for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

• Site Leadership: Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Logistics: Manage project schedules, daily operations, and site logistics to maintain momentum.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards, conduct daily safety walks, and inspect work for quality compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for OAC meetings.
• Problem Solving: Resolve conflicts and implement field solutions effectively.

• Experience: 510 years of experience as a superintendent or site manager on commercial projects.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Knowify, or similar software is required.

• Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Safety: Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety enforcement.

• Physical: Ability to work on active construction sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders.
