Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.
Job Summary:
The Institutional Office of Regulated Nonclinical Studies (ORNcS) provides scientific support and regulatory oversight during the planning and conduct of in vitro and in vivo nonclinical studies where derived data are intended to support applications for research or marketing permits for products regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including products submitted via the Animal Rule pathway. The office also manages a collaborative educational grant with the FDA to promote data integrity for the development of medical countermeasures for high consequence pathogens.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in biological science or allied health science.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.

Job Duties:
- Assist with organization of laboratory records
- Assist with collection and organization of educational course documents
- Review educational documents for quality control
- Prepare forms/templates for use as hard-copy or electronic records.
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Assist with data collection, tracking attendees and email distribution lists in Power Automate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in biological science or allied health science.
