About This Position
We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led office specializing in the treatment of kidney disease, and we are seeking a full-time RN Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations and support exceptional patient care. This role requires a licensed Registered Nurse who will oversee both clinical and front-desk teams, partner closely with our physicians, and ensure the smooth functioning of all clinical and administrative processes. Key responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating patient care workflows, supporting clinical programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, onboarding and developing employees, and contributing to clinic quality and productivity goals. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment focused on service excellence. Requirements:This position requires an active RN license, with prior medical office experience (five years preferred) and at least two years of supervisory or medical practice management experience. A BSN or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration is preferred, along with CPR certification and knowledge of medical terminology. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, including critical thinking, conflict management, communication, and team development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; EPIC experience is a plus. Additional requirements include familiarity with clinical and front-office workflows, understanding of scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorizations, and the ability to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory standards. A strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to support a positive, patient-centered environment are essential for success in this role.
