Key responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating patient care workflows, supporting clinical programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, onboarding and developing employees, and contributing to clinic quality and productivity goals. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment focused on service excellence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; EPIC experience is a plus. Additional requirements include familiarity with clinical and front-office workflows, understanding of scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorizations, and the ability to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
