Assistant Manager at Ivars, Inc. – Edmonds, Washington

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring full-time Assistant Managers at our quick-service location at 10016 Edmonds Way in the Westgate area of Edmonds. The pay for this position will include an hourly wage between $25.00 and $27.50 and a potential monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.

These Assistants will work with the General Manager to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and flexible availability. For those who perform well and demonstrate a desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could result in a pay raise and promotion to General Manager.
