Essential Functions:
- Install and set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow and meet daily build targets
- Execute electrical conduit and wiring installations on modular chiller systems efficiently, minimizing assembly line downtime
- Perform high and low voltage terminations quickly and accurately to keep pace with production schedules
- Construct electrical supports and infrastructure while adhering to tight assembly timelines
- Maintain organized electrical tool room to ensure zero delays in parts/tool availability for production
- Provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders to prevent production bottlenecks
- Source and procure replacement electrical parts rapidly to maintain continuous production flow

Work Environment
This position operates out of a fabrication facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with overtime regularly scheduled. First shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Travel
Travel is primarily not required with exception to local travel during the business day.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical installation,
- Graduate or enrolled in an accredited Apprenticeship program.
- Proven track record of working efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge concerning transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, etc.
- Strong working understanding of the National Electrical Code
- Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of the NFPA 70e and a strong focus on electrical safety
Preferred Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installation in a manufacturing or production environment
- Verifiable active Journeyman or Master Electrical License.

Must have dependable transportation.

Must be authorized to work in USA.
