Position Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas, including:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Onboarding and Orientation
- Benefits Administration
- Employee Relations
- Compliance and Policy Management
- Training Coordination and Performance Management
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and employee records.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assist with audits and policy reviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training schedules.
- Support leadership development and performance management processes.
- Partner with departmental leaders on employee relations and progressive discipline.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.

Compensation Structure
This role offers a tiered compensation model based on experience and qualifications:
- Tier I – Entry Level: For candidates with 0- 2 years of experience
Salary Range: 80–85% of the role’s market compa-ratio
- Tier II – Mid-Level: For professionals with 3 – 5 years of experience.
Salary Range: 85–90% of the compa-ratio
- Tier III – Advanced: For highly experienced candidates with 6+ years of experience.
Salary Range: 90–95% of the compa-ratio
Final placement within a tier will be determined during the selection process based on qualifications and alignment with role expectations.

Requirements: Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functional areas; generalist experience strongly preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or ability to obtain within two years).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
