In this role, you will play a critical part in managing day-to-day project execution for innovative products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across various teams. You will facilitate agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement, making sure user insights are effectively translated into actionable tasks. Your work will directly influence the success of our projects, which span multiple digital mediums and devices.Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution for GenAI product builds, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
• Coordinate work across engineering, design, and business teams to maintain alignment and remove blockers.
• Support delivery of features, enhancements, and proofs of concept by managing schedules, tracking progress, and escalating risks when necessary.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with Scrum Leads and team members.
• Serve as a key communication channel across teams, conveying updates, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Assist in translating user needs and feedback into actionable work items.
• Promote agile ways of working and track KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles supporting digital, software, or AI-related workstreams.
• Experience working within agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and product leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
