In this role, you will analyze, assess, and report on operational risks while ensuring alignment with various internal partners such as Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk. Your insight will help mitigate risks and support new business initiatives in the ATM Channel, contributing to a proactive risk management culture within the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and strategic planning to navigate the complexities of risk in a dynamic environment.Accountabilities
- Engage with partners including Legal and Compliance to understand risk policies and identify solutions.
- Act as a Risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new ATM Channel initiatives.
- Provide insights on Operational Risk Event data and reporting.
- Support the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment process.
- Oversee process mapping and risk assessments under the pRCSA initiative.
- Assist in the development and review of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Coordinate Business Continuity Planning for both US and Canada BCM Plans.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and investigations as required.
- Undergraduate degree or relevant industry experience in risk management.
- 7+ years of related experience in risk and compliance management.
- Understanding of key internal business partners and their roles.
- Strong knowledge of the risk management landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
