This role is vital in supporting large and complex service opportunities with a global scope. You will be responsible for assembling deal teams, interfacing between various functions, and ensuring compliance throughout the bid execution process. Your impact will extend across markets as you adapt solution designs to meet evolving client needs and drive successful outcomes. As a trusted advisor, your work will significantly enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Accountabilities

• Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
• Assess customers business and technical needs related to their printing environment.
• Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using portfolio components.
• Architect appropriate end-to-end solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, and contractual documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution of initiatives.
• Advance opportunities using effective consultative selling techniques.
• Maintain excellent communications with customers executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in technical or consultative selling.
• Experience in a virtual team environment.
• Fluent English, other EMEA languages are a plus.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to tailor communication effectively.
• Ability to lead large complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the company's portfolio and processes.
