• Provide administrative support to industry leaders delivering Tax services
• Assist in the assembly and e-filing of tax returns
• Oversee implementation of new systems, software, and processes
• Train and onboard new tax administrative team members
• Manage service line administrative procedures and workflows
• Lead the administrative team and ensure accountability
• Ensure compliance with all Tax data and retention policies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in tax operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems
• Experience with desktop publishing applications like InDesign
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
• Strong leadership skills and experience in training staff
