  • Develop and execute category management strategies for travel and corporate credit card solutions.
  • Drive the standardization and simplification of travel booking and expense management processes.
  • Lead cross-functional program management initiatives for process improvements.
  • Analyze travel spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain travel policies and best practices.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive program offerings.
  • Provide training and support on travel and corporate card policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in category management, preferably in travel or corporate credit card areas.
  • Proven program management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with travel management systems is a plus.
