We are currently looking for a Senior Audio-Visual Project Manager in Brazil.In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of audio-visual and collaboration projects across diverse enterprise and event environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage both internal teams and external vendors, coordinate resources, and oversee procurement and logistics for AV technology deployments. This position requires close collaboration with program managers and stakeholders to continuously improve processes, standards, and project outcomes. You will work on complex, multi-site initiatives, leveraging your expertise in AV systems, conference room setups, and digital signage to deliver high-quality experiences. The role demands strong leadership, exceptional organization, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, all while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment. - Lead end-to-end project management for AV and collaboration initiatives, from planning through delivery and closure.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with program managers and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while tracking milestones and KPIs.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to optimize resources and maintain project schedules.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and budgeting for AV equipment, materials, and services.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams through meetings, workshops, and reporting.
- Apply project governance, change control, and quality assurance protocols while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing AV and collaboration projects.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent AV project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $100k to multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Expertise in AV technologies such as Logitech, Neat, Crestron, Cisco, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Experience leading teams through design, scheduling, deployment, and commissioning of conference rooms, event spaces, and digital signage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and active listening skills.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and evolving project requirements.
- Desirable: PMP, CAPM, or CTS certification, Smartsheet experience, and familiarity with hybrid project management methodologies.
