Your contributions will directly impact the quality of healthcare delivery by streamlining user interactions with critical systems.Accountabilities
- Analyze user requirements and develop training plans for clinical applications.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare instructional materials for staff and providers.
- Support go-live processes and help desk activities as needed.
- Collaborate with application teams to identify training needs.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all training documentation.
- Assist in system build and maintenance of the training environment.
- Participate in optimization projects and attend relevant conferences.
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Certification in at least one EPIC application is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conceptualize and analyze issues effectively.
- Proficient in curriculum development and instructional methods.
