- Work closely with executive leadership to provide transportation solutions across existing and new accounts.
- Meet with prospective customers to identify opportunities and discuss solutions.
- Develop strategies, submit proposals, and finalize contracts to secure new business.
- Manage financial resources and optimize logistics strategies to meet dynamic customer demands.
- Collaborate across teams, including sales, pricing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in logistics or transportation.
- Experience with Dedicated/Private Fleets and multimodal operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes and the North American market.
- Proven track record in selling and developing transportation services.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Genuine passion for sales and teamwork.
