This role is crucial in maintaining streamlined operations in a fully remote environment, allowing for effective engagement and support of our workforce.Accountabilities
- Administer day-to-day health and welfare benefits including new hire enrollments and terminations.
- Conduct ongoing eligibility and dependent audits to ensure accurate billing.
- Lead annual and mid-year enrollment processes and ensure data validation.
- Manage COBRA events and ensure compliance with notices and processes.
- Maintain benefit plan documentation and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
- Track ACA data and support annual reporting processes.
- Manage leave administration lifecycle and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Partner with HRBPs on leave planning and return-to-work strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and leave management.
- Experience with modern HRIS/benefits platforms.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Strong Excel skills for data reporting and trend analysis.
