- Manage the project during development, implementation, and operations startup to meet established time, cost, and performance parameters.
- Formulate solutions for project challenges and establish procedures for new or modified project elements.
- Define project objectives, budget requirements, and team roles and responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing project progress reports and updates at scheduled intervals.
- Engage with stakeholders and other project managers to identify and address issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed plans, charts, and diagrams to visualize project progress and problems.
- Oversee the management of multiple Project Managers handling different project elements.
- Ensure project sign-off upon completion.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within a government environment.
- Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage and mentor project teams.
