Sweetwater Plumbing is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our fast-growing team in Apex, NC. In this essential entry-level role, youll help keep our field teams moving by managing inventory, stocking trucks, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse operation. • Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, organize, and stock plumbing materials, tools, and supplies

  • Maintain clean, orderly, and labeled warehouse areas

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and help with inventory audits

  • Flag low-stock items and assist in preventing material shortages

• Truck Stocking & Requisitions

  • Stock service trucks according to company standards

  • Fulfill part/material requests from plumbers and field crews

  • Track parts issued/returned using basic systems or apps

• Vendor Ordering & Receiving

  • Place supply orders with approved vendors

  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments

  • Report damaged goods, backorders, or discrepancies

• Fleet & Operational Support

  • Occasionally drive company vehicles for supply runs or vehicle servicePitch in on shop tasks and day-to-day support as needed

• Required

  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license

  • Able to lift, carry, and move items up to ~50 lbs

  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused

  • Comfortable using a smartphone and basic inventory tools

• Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in warehouse, trades, or construction support roles

  • Familiarity with plumbing parts or eagerness to learn

  • Interest in organizing systems and improving processes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Reliable and proactive team player

• Eager to learn and support wherever needed

• Takes pride in a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

• Based in Apex, NC

• Local travel around the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Morrisville)

• No overnight travel required
