Position_Description :
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leadership, addressing questions and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance
- Assist the HR Director with employee relations issues, performance management, and coaching support for leaders and staff
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR program support
- Ensure company policies and procedures are applied consistently and in compliance with employment laws
- Assist leadership in organizational development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR process improvements
Position Requirements :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely-related field
- Active SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) or PHR certification (required to be considered)
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or field-based organizations highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration, and payroll
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and collaborate with employees and leaders at all levels
- Bi-lingual (English – Spanish) preferred
