Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Location: Nashville, TN (Metro Center, off Rosa Parks Blvd)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually (Salaried Position)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and generate production reports

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus
• Ability to create and follow structured production processes
