Job Summary
Allia Health Group is looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to help keep our onsite pharmacy and office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and supporting a team in a hands-on environment.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace while assisting with daily administrative tasks. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and looking for steady part-time work in a collaborative healthcare setting, we’d love to meet you.
Schedule: 24–30 hours per week, onsite
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities Support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including workspaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and restrooms
- Monitor, manage, restock office, kitchen, and restroom supplies daily or as needed
- Partner closely with the Office Manager to support overall office functionality and daily operations, including back-up reception support
- Coordinate and assist with event setup and post-event cleanup for pharmacy activities
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, and document organization
- Assist with record maintenance and document preparation to support internal teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and tracking
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs and special projects
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional office environment
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite for 24-30 hours per week
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred - Familiarity with handling sensitive or confidential information
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting
- Ability to stand and move between office suites while onsite and various areas within the facility as needed to perform essential job functions throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
