Department Systems Analyst I – Home Health (Onsite), Lima, Ohio at Lima Memorial Health System – Lima , Ohio

Functioning within the Health System’s mission, values, objectives, policies and procedures, the Department Systems Analyst I is responsible for the day-to-day support, training, and maintenance of Information Systems used within the department. The Analyst works closely with department and other health system Associates to provide needed information and reports from the department Information Systems and serves as department liaison with MIS and department information system vendors.

Education: Associate’s degree in computer science or clinical/business discipline is preferred.

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the clinical or healthcare business discipline required. Experience working with computer databases strongly preferred.

Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, listening and interpersonal skills, and basic competency with
The Home Care Home Base (HCHB) system are required. Must also have the demonstrated ability to work independently using critical thinking skills, proven problem solving ability, and the ability to successfully teach one on one or in a group setting. Must be analytical, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized, quick and adaptable able to juggle competing demands and deal with interruptions.
