Key Account Manager (Pleno) Mdia Digital e Programtica (M/F/X)

Estamos em busca de um(a) Key Account Manager Pleno para atuar na gesto e no desenvolvimento de contas estratgicas, fortalecendo o relacionamento com clientes, identificando oportunidades de negcio e garantindo a excelncia na entrega de campanhas de mdia digital.Esse(a) profissional ser responsvel por conectar as necessidades dos clientes s solues da Biggie, trabalhando de forma integrada com os times de Vendas e Mdia para criar estratgias eficientes, orientadas a resultados e alinhadas aos objetivos de cada marca.
Principais responsabilidades
Gerenciar e desenvolver a carteira de clientes, mantendo relacionamentos slidos e de longo prazo Construir estratgias de campanha e planos de mdia em parceria com os times de mdia (Programtica, Search, Social Ads, Display, etc.) Acompanhar o desempenho das campanhas e apresentar anlises e recomendaes aos clientes Identificar oportunidades de expanso de negcios dentro da base de clientes Atuar como ponto de contato principal entre cliente, time comercial e time operacional
Perfil desejado
Formao superior completa em reas como Administrao, Marketing, Comunicao, Publicidade ou correlatas Experincia prvia em gesto de contas, atendimento a clientes ou mdia digital Perfil analtico, organizado e orientado a resultados Boa capacidade de comunicao e relacionamento interpessoal Facilidade para lidar com mltiplas demandas e prioridades Fluncia em Portugus e Ingls Bons conhecimentos em Excel e PowerPoint Our benefits :
